The first timesheet that your team will fill out with a smile:)

Nobody likes to fill out the timesheet (we know 😅).
This is why we have made it fast, painless and adaptable to the rules of your company. Choose — at the company level — the mode and the level of depth, to keep everyone aligned:

Simple timesheet

For those who want speed. The team reports the hours on the project in general. Fast and painless.

Detailed timesheet

For those who want analytical precision. The team attributes the hours to the individual budget areas and specifies the mode: office, smart working, travel or overtime.

Friday's Reminder

Wethod sends an automatic notification before the weekend (or if you prefer, even daily) to remind you to close the week. A discreet assistant that helps the team keep their data up to date, without having to chase people on Monday morning.

Smart recalculation:
Wethod 'does the maths' this weekend

Why is it important to close the timesheet on Friday?
Because wethod works while you rest. The system crosses the planned (People Allocation) with the work (Timesheet) and reorganizes the future.

Unused hours? They go back to Budge. Overtime? They are being climbed

If you had allocated 10 hours to a person, but they only used 6, wethod automatically returns the hours left on the order. Ready to be re-planned next week.

If you have worked harder, the remaining budget goes down.

The result?

On Monday morning you will find the data updated and aligned with reality. You just have to read them, interpret them and hope that there are no disasters to solve (keep your fingers crossed! 🤞).

Project Status:
The hours worked are not everything

A team may have worked 100 hours but completed only 10% of the project. The Timesheet says 'how much we have spent, 'the Project Status says 'where we are'.

The reported hours are the past. To manage the future, we need the input of those who lead the project. In this section, project managers update weekly the estimate of the days left until the end of the project, regardless of the timesheet. Because having consumed half the budget does not (unfortunately) mean having completed half the work.

Project Report: margins and forecasts in real time

Just wait until the end of the project to sum up.
Wethod crosses the work progress with the timesheet data to give you total control over the margins, while the project is still in progress.

Marginality always under control

Monitor the economic health of the project at all times and find out where you will end up. Wethod projects the current trend on the final order: “if you continue like this, you will consume 150% of the budget.” An essential alert to correct the shot or renegotiate, avoiding surprises.

Planned vs worked

Go into detail for each resource. Compare the hours you had allocated in People Allocation with those actually reported to Timesheet. See immediately if everything is going smoothly or if some phases are burning more resources than expected.

Team management and export:
The payroll office thanks

Tracking is not only for PMs, but also for those who need to make ends meet.
Wethod makes life easier for the administration, transforming the hours worked into ready-to-use data to make closing the month a simple formality.

Weekly timesheets

An aggregated view to monitor the timesheets of the entire team at a glance. Check who filled in the week and who is late, so you know exactly who to send that “kind” Monday morning reminder to.

Data export

Do you need to send the report to the employment consultant? Download an Excel file with one click, ready for payroll or external analysis. Clean, ready-to-use data, without having to spend hours interpreting or reordering it.
