For the fifth edition of Supernova Agencies, we are returning to THE BIG HALL, located inside the most iconic building on the H-FARM Campus. We are back where innovation runs deep and where the wethod app was born. Luca Morena

Co-Founder & CEO @ Nextatlas

Co-Founder e CEO di Nextatlas, la piattaforma di cultural foresight basata su AI che anticipa i cambiamenti culturali a partire dai comportamenti degli early adopter. Filosofo di formazione, con un PhD in filosofia, Luca Morena ha trasformato un'intuizione teorica in una tecnologia della conoscenza e della previsione usata oggi da brand globali come Mondelēz, Barilla, Stellantis, Luxottica e Ferrero. È autore della newsletter Cultural Drifts, dove indaga il rapporto tra tecnologia, cultura e significato, ed è regolarmente guest lecturer al Politecnico di Milano, allo IED e alla YACademy. Ha co-fondato ForeSound, layer di intelligenza culturale per l'industria musicale. Il suo lavoro unisce filosofia e intelligenza artificiale per leggere il presente in anticipo, con un approccio che mette la cultura al centro della previsione.

Federica Mutti

Founder & Head of Content @ MARM Venture

Federica Mutti unisce il percorso da Content Creator, da sempre affezionata ai temi del lavoro e del benessere, e imprenditrice in MARM Venture (MUNU Srl), agenzia di comunicazione digitale per PMI nata nel 2023. 
È nata e cresciuta in Brianza, dove tra sport, lettura e sketch di fumetti, sognava di crearsi un “lavoro creativo”. Laureata in Economia e Gestione aziendale e dopo un Master in Marketing e Comunicazione, il suo viaggio professionale è iniziato nel 2018, quando ha caricato il suo primo video YouTube – dando il via a un canale che in pochi anni ha raggiunto oltre 48.000 iscritti – ed è entrata nel mondo delle startup Fintech subito dopo l’università. Nel corso degli anni è stata consulente, formatrice in Academy Digitali e Master Universitari, creatrice di contenuti e autrice del manuale “Crescere con YouTube” con Hoepli. Ha collaborato con realtà come Adecco, Cisco, Google, Fastweb, Fiscozen e partecipato come speaker a eventi come Marketers World, Digital Innovation Days e Web Marketing Festival.

Vladimir Mitrovič

Creative Director & Co-Founder @Artetra

Vladimir is an Australian visual artist who has pursued a design career spanning over 26 years, specialising in brand identity and spatial/experiential design. Within Artetra, he leads the creative direction, intuitively translating complex concepts and contemporary dynamics into timeless visual narratives that capture the deepest essence of a brand. Integrating art, design and a multidisciplinary approach, his work ranges from branding to experiential design and architecture, through a continuous exploration of avant-garde design languages. Vladimir combines artistic vision and strategic precision to create projects defined by clarity, impact and lasting influence.

Cinzia Donà Mitrovič

Managing Director & Co-Founder @Artetra

With a career spanning industrial design, technological innovation, and business development, Cinzia coordinates complex projects, transforming strategic insights into solutions that generate lasting value by integrating design, strategy, and project leadership. Guided by an approach that combines analytical thinking with creative sensibility, she explores the intersection of brands, products, and experiences to build authentic and meaningful connections. Her background in interdisciplinary design and advanced manufacturing informs her rigorous yet open-to-experimentation methodology, which is focused on creating thoughtful, relevant, and enduring projects.

Tomas Barazza

Founder @ wethod, Managing Director @ Maize

An entrepreneur with over thirty years of experience in consulting and innovation, Tomas Barazza has dedicated his career to rethinking the evolution of organizational models. He is the creator of Supernova Agencies.
His vision is grounded in a strong professional background. After beginning his career at Andersen and working at Benetton, he joined H-Farm in 2006. There, he led startup incubation and contributed to the creation of Maize, an innovation design studio focused on strategy and organisational design.
In 2015, he founded wethod, a tech company that develops all-in-one software for creative agencies, consulting firms, engineering and architecture practices, and project-based organisations. Under his leadership, wethod was the only Italian company to be featured by Corporate Rebels in their 2024 Top 50 'self-managing companies leading the change'.

How to remain relevant while empowering children, teams, and agents
Autonomy is alluring but frightening: when everything works without us, we risk irrelevance. This keynote starts with a clear thesis — “Autonomy is a design project. If we don't design where our usefulness remains, the freedom of others makes us irrelevant.” — and makes it concrete for those working in agencies. In 15 minutes, we will look through three lenses (parenthood, teams, AI agents) and translate into practice: standards that liberate, the right to pause to protect quality, "APIs" between teams, intentional apprenticeship in the AI era, and anti-lock-in.

The (Im)possible Future of Agencies: Scenario, Evolution, Death, and (Re)birth
The agency world is undergoing a radical transformation. Mergers and acquisitions are accelerating industry consolidation, creating an increasingly evident duality: on one side, large global networks, strong in scale and investment; on the other, independent agencies, close to people, territories, and cultural nuances. Two different models, both necessary, with complementary strengths and weaknesses.
Into this scenario comes the impact of artificial intelligence. Let's avoid the cliché parade: AI is neither an absolute threat nor the solution to everything. It is a tool. It can amplify agencies and unleash their potential, but it can also flatten and lead to homogenization if a clear vision is lacking.
The real challenge, therefore, is not technological but human. It will be people, culture, and the ability to interpret social changes that determine the value of agencies. The key will be to integrate AI and human intelligence, combining data and cultural insights to design new organizational and strategic models.
This is not just about survival. It's an opportunity for rebirth: agencies that are willing to question themselves and reinvent will play a new and central role, capable of interpreting change and driving innovation.
Clarity, vision, and courage: these will be the ingredients for writing the (im)possible future of agencies.
